　　YogaLin(alsoknownasJamesLin,Chinese:林宥嘉)isthewinnerofOneMillionStar,Season1(第一季超级星光大道),apopularrealityTVsingingcompetitioninTaiwan.

　　Nicknamed“Yoga”,LinwasborninPingtung,TaiwanonJuly1,1987.HeiscurrentlystudyingatNationalTungHwaUniversity,majoringinSportsandLeisureStudies.

　　Duringhighschool,Linwastheleadsingerofarockband,andwastrainedunderarenownedTaiwaneserocksinger,Pei-AnYang(杨培安).Hethenjoinedanotherrockbandinhisuniversityandcontinuedtoperfecthissingingtechniquesand,experimentedvariousmusicgenres.Havingneverparticipatedinanyformalsingingcontestbefore,LinattendedtheKaohsiungauditionforthefirstseasonofafamousTVsingingcontestinTaiwan,OneMillionStar.

　　Inthecompetition,LinimpressedthejudgeswithhisvividinterpretationofSteelRopeWalker(走钢索的人,originallybyJamesLiorQuanLi,李泉).Hisperformancewasthendescribedas“enchanting”(迷幻)bythehostessofOneMillionStar,MatildaTao(陶晶莹).

　　Despitebeingonlyinhisearlytwenties,Linhasprovenhisabilitytodeliverawidevarietyofmusicalperformances,andhecontinuestoexperimentwithnewmusicgenresandvocalstyles.
