职责岗位 / Job Responsibilities
1.负责公司Cozmikk已签约的艺人和代理艺人的推荐、包装、推广和管理，处理演艺经纪事务；
Manage the overall promotion, branding, development of Cozmikk artists, handle all aspects of talent affairs.
2.组织规划演艺人员的发展方向，策划、实施艺人培养计划；
Design execute detailed career plans of COZMIKK artists.
3.对外联系市场活动和演出等出场业务，计划并安排日程，发布通告；
Coordinate clients talent fmarket events, performances, public appearances; manage schedules issue announcements.
4.负责与相关剧组、广告Casting等沟通、协调事宜，负责开拓公司艺人与其它公司、项目、媒介的合作，建立和维护艺人合作渠道；
Communicate negotiate with directors, producers, other casting agencies, media vendors to expcollaboration work opportunities fCOZMIKK artists. Help build maintain strong industry relationships.
5.对艺人商演、各项工作的种类及品牌有较强的分析判断能力，协调沟通客户和艺人的关系，解决纠纷等相关问题；
Provide detailed commercial branding opportunity analysis; coordinate effectively between artists clients, resolve conflicts disputes when necessary.
6.服从领导的安排；
Execute tasks assigned by leadership adhere to company policies procedures.
岗位要求 / Job Requirements
1.英语阅读和沟通能力熟练，有海外工作经验者优先；
Fluent in English (spoken written); overseas work experience is a plus.
2. 2-3年以上艺人经纪人相关工作经验，有独立带艺人经纪团队的经验；
At least 2–3 years of experience in talent/artist management, with a proven track record of independently managing leader a team of artists and/performers.
3.有良好的职业道德及文化素养, 极强的沟通、协调、公关、社交能力；
High level of professionalism, integrity, cultural literacy; exceptional communication, coordination, interpersonal social skills.
4.对流行时尚事物敏锐，熟悉演艺娱乐行业，具备团队综合管理能力和协调能力；
Natural interest with a strong sense of fashion entertainment trends; indepth understanding of the entertainment industry with team management capabilities.
5.良好的策划运作能力、艺术专业知识，以及对行业的认识和理解，对市场有一定的判断能力；
Excellent planning, operational, strategic thinking skills; deep understanding of artist development industry dynamics.
6.有一定量的剧组信息、媒体资源、演出资源和广告客户资源，掌握推广渠道，有丰富拓展经验。
Possess valuable industry connections, including casting resources, media contacts, performance advertising clients, talent promotion channels.
