摘要

摘要:近年来我国医患关系日趋紧张,医疗纠纷日益增加,已经演变为突出的社会问题。全面、系统介绍和评价国外关于医患关系研究的理论脉络和相关实证研究成果,简要归类和分析了国内学者探讨我国医患关系的理论视角和研究内容,最后在分析已有研究不足的基础上,指出今后国内医患关系研究可能的方向:一是如何真正从患者的视角出发,建立医生与患者之间共同参与关系;二是如何建立生物心理社会医学模式,为患者提供全方位的医疗服务,满足他们全面的健康需求。

Abstract:Contradictions and disputes in doctor-patient relationship are increasingly intensified recent years, which has become a serious social problem.In this paper, the theoretical context and relevant empirical studies of foreign doctorpatient relationship researches are introduced systematically and comprehensively.The theoretical perspective and contents of domestic scholars' research on Chinese doctor-patient relationship are classified and analyzed.Based on the review of previous researches, two possible study directions are proposed, firstly, establishing practical doctor-patient relationship from the perspective of patients.Secondly, establishing a bio-psycho-social medical model to provide all-round medical services to fulfill the health needs of the patients.
