盛玉婷
大豆抗病分子育种,园艺植物、病原物和生防菌互作分子机制及绿色防控的理论和技术。在大豆抗病分子育种方面,通过研究大豆和大豆疫霉互作过程挖掘大豆中抗病相关基因,解析其功能与作用机制,并以其为靶标筛选挖掘大豆疫霉的效应蛋白,在不同层次探索农作物抗病机制的形成过程与调控规律。另一方面,围绕园艺植物与病原物的互作和生物防治进行,分离鉴定危害梨和猕猴桃的主要病原菌,筛选高效生防菌株,基于分子生物学、组学等方法研究三者之间的互作机制,为园艺植物绿色防控提供理论和技术支持。
