英语系邀请企业进校园开展就业指导讲座

2015年4月23日，中国平安保险公司培训讲师、业务主任李世博先生在我院1号楼521教室为英语系学生进行了一场精彩的职业导向宣讲。

李世博主任的宣讲主要分为以下三个方面：首先，李主任向同学们介绍了平安保险公司的基本情况，中国平安保险（集团）股份有限公司是中国第一家股份制保险企业，至今已发展成为融保险、银行、投资三大主营业务为一体、核心金融与互联网金融业务并行发展的个人金融生活服务集团之一。中国平安在2014年《福布斯》“全球上市公司2000强”中名列第62位；美国《财富》杂志“全球领先企业500强”名列第128位，并蝉联中国内地非国有企业第一。接着，李主任以自己从2012年入职至今，短短四年间，从普通员工晋级至培训讲师、业务主任的经历，为同学们描绘了一幅生动的职场奋斗成功之路。而后，李主任为同学们总结了职场生存法则---职场上需要的不仅仅是专业知识，更需要踏实肯干、兢兢业业的工作态度。最后，李主任代表平安保险公司向在座的同学发出邀请，为同学们提供了实习就业岗位---综合客户经理、储备干部和综合内勤等。

李主任的讲座得到了同学们热烈的回应，同学们纷纷表示，李主任的宣讲为大家打开了另一片天空，了解到一个正在蓬勃发展的行业，了解到职场成功的要素和秘诀，并感谢学院和英语系能够为他们提供这么好的了解就业市场的机会，为他们即将开始的求职奠定了坚实的基础

The Report on the Presentation by Ping An Insurance Company of China

On April 23, 2015，Mr. Li Shibo, the training lecturer andbusiness manager, delivered an inspiring occupation-oriented presentation for the students from the English Department in Room 521 Building No. 1.

The presentation consisted of the three aspects: to begin with, Mr. Li made a brief introduction of some basic facts aboutPing An Insurance. Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. ("Ping An" or the “Company” or the “Group") was established in 1988 in Shekou, Shenzhen. The Group is the first insurance company in China to adopt a shareholding structure. Today, it has developed into a personal financial services group with three core businesses of insurance, banking and investment, enjoying parallel growth of its core and internet finance businesses. Ping An was ranked No.62 in Forbes’ Global 2000 league table in 2014, No.128 in U.S. Fortune Magazine’s Global 500 Leading Companies ranking, and No.1 among China’s non-State owned enterprises. Then he depicted a road to success by presenting himself as a vivid example, who attained the position of a training lecturer andbusiness manager within four years. Meanwhile,he concluded the survival principles in working, that isthe expertise, conscientiousness and down-to-the-earth attitude. At last, on behalf of thePing An Insurance, he extended a warm invitation to all the present students by offering internship as well as working positions, namely: customer manager,potential supervisor and office staff.

Mr. Li’s presentation received an enthusiastic response from the students, saying that a booming industry as well as the crucial ingredients to be successful. At the same time, the students all expressed their gratitude to our college and the English Department for such an excellent opportunity to acquaint themselves with the job market and get prepared for the job-hunting.
