So you have been here like six times. The crowd goes crazy. And it's -- I know it is obviously early. Would you ever consider doing like daytime concerts?

Yeah, well, you know, I would be down and that happens when you are doing festivals, but that's the only time it happens.

We're doing festivals in Japan. I think in a few weeks and like that's in the afternoon.

But you also like -- you hit some high notes. How do you do that at 8:00 in the morning?

I got up at 4:00 a.m. and went for a run. A little trick for singers like getting the voice. I tried no to talk too much last night.

I got up and ran a couple miles to get the blood flowing. That's the only cure-all I know for getting your voice active. Don't drink too much. Don't smoke. Get up and go for a run. Take care the instrument. Yeah, exactly. Eat kale.

So the title of the new album, it's "Artificial Paradise." Can you explain the title to us?

Yeah. So as we started writing it, you know, really towards the tail end of covid being over, so it's been two and a half years, I just started noticing how everyone was kind of projecting their idealized artificial life.

We all live on the internet now. We can't say it is a thing. Social media just became so ubiquitous everywhere. And everyone kind of edits their life.

They create their own artificial paradise. And the trick is trying to live up to that and see through that and not get lost in it.

So that just kind of became this -- how do you talk about social media without saying it and about the life we live in and the world we live in. That's the Artificial Paradise.
